Presenting your Requirement
After Identification, we propose and
consent with our Clients and formulate a
strategy to introduce the requirement
using all or some of the below search
media :
1) Advertising in Leading Indian
Publications e.g. Times of India, Indian
Express, Express Computers (IT
Publication), Hindustan Times and other
regional newspapers.
2) Sending the requirement, to our
Network Agencies all over India if
applicable, to Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri
Lanka.
3) Advertising on the Internet through
our website & Leading career websites.
4) Emailing the requirement to our
existing candidates
Pre-Selection Formalities
We receive candidates resume via post,
e-mail and fax. After screening them,
personal interviews are arranged with
our Selection Panel. We then assess them
on all the parameters of the CRF
(Candidate Required Formula), and only
after complete compatibility with all
the parameters are they referred to the
client for their screening. If the
client wishes to conduct personal
interviews, we make all necessary
arrangements to facilitate the same. We
provide full logistic support to the
clients so that they are completely
satisfied with the quality of personnel
they select.
Selection Formalities
Once the candidate meets or comes closer
to the expectations of the clients, we
present them the Job offer. The complete
remuneration package like salary, leave
vacation, travel, contract period,
medical and other terms are discussed
with the candidates. If the Clients and
the Candidates mutually agree to the
terms, we proceed further with the
post-selection formalities.
Post-Selection Formalities
A preliminary Job Offer is issued by
the client detailing the remuneration
package. Upon formal acceptance by the
candidate of the same, a detailed
employment agreement issued by the
Client and is then signed by both the
client and the candidate. This
employment agreement is the document
that contains all the terms agreed to by
both the client and the candidate.
Medical Tests are then conducted on the
candidate, and only medically certified
fit candidate are processed further for
visa issuance or visa endorsement.. Upon
such visa issuance/endorsement, we make
all necessary arrangements for the
candidates’ travel to the destination
country. From the time a candidate is
selected till he/she is deployed, the
client as well as the candidate are
provided with status information
whenever required.
