Responsible in the supervision of hydro-testing works for gas pipelines. The works consist of cleaning, filling, testing, gauging, dewatering, drying, purging and gasin for gas pipeline, including review drawing, prefab, erection of pipes, technical office and other activities (punch list, installation of supports, reinstatement, precommissioning and work packages.

Estimator Civil & Structural

Responsible in planning and associated factors such as labor, materials, machinery requirements and location, conceptual estimation, cost analysis, coordination and consolidation, conducts independent work requiring judgment, selection, application, adaptation of civil/structural design and engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Prepare and reviews general and discipline estimates, devises new approach to problems, modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs and monitor works ensuring complete understanding of design documents, construction cost, constructability, and schedule implications of design choices in compliance with the applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and QA/QC quality standards.

Engineer Mechanical

Perform engineering duties and design tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipments. Supervise and leads mechanical crews in the installation, operation, including maintenance and repair of equipments, ensuring all aspects of operation and associated processes are in compliance with project specifications and completed within planned time and budget constraints.

Operate, inspect, maintain safety operation of cranes and responsible for moving heavy material around the construction site. Undergo certification as required.

Lays outs, fabricates, assembles and installs pipes and spools as specified by job orders, diagrams and templates.

Pipe Fitter

Lays-out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems, pipe support and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating and industrial production and processing systems.

Rigger-III (Certified)

Assembles rigging for the movement of leads by hand or which operated pulleys or cranes. Give directions to crane and equipment operations.

Driver Heavy Vechile

Drives any large road vehicle with a capacity of over (3) tons including articulated trailer trucks and buses.

Driver light Vechile

Drives any light road vehicle with a capacity of less than (3) tons including articulated vans and four wheeled vehicles (passenger car, suburban, pick-up, etc.).

Ø To conduct the internal Audits at running projects of GCC and for Sub-contractors as well.
Ø Coordinating with MR (Management Representative) for scheduling the 6 Month Quality Management Review Meeting to discuss the Quality Matters, outcomes of internal audits, customer feedback and emphasizing on continual improvements.
